Since opening their doors in 1964, Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) has provided the highest quality medical care to children. With admissions growing by 90% over the last eight years and to better accommodate the growing needs of our community’s children. CHOC is currently building a state of the art patient care tower which will feature pediatric surgical suites and other related services such as emergency, laboratory, pathology, imaging and radiology.

CHOC Children’s Specialists provides the full spectrum of pediatric subspecialty clinical services, from basic care to leading-edge treatment for diseases and medical conditions affecting children. Comprised of more than 140 nationally recognized pediatric subspecialists, CHOC Children’s Specialists physicians provide expert, innovative and compassionate care for infants, children, adolescents and, in some specialties, adult patients.

Critical Care – Pediatric Cardiac Intensivist
CHOC Children’s Specialists is seeking a full time Pediatric Cardiac Intensivist to join the division of Critical Care, which currently consists of 12 pediatric intensivists. Applicant must be Board Certified or Eligible with a minimum of 3 years of experience or training in Cardiac Intensive Care.
The CHOC Children’s Specialists, a private pediatric subspecialty group composed of 150 physicians and 19 pediatric subspecialties and in affiliation with University of California Irvine, practices at CHOC Children’s Hospital, the Regional Hub of Pediatric Subspecialty Care for Orange County, California . This position is an excellent opportunity to join a successful Pediatric Cardiac Program at CHOC Children’s Hospital supported by 3 Cardiac Surgeons and a full range of Pediatric Cardiology Services.

Otolaryngology – Pediatric Otolaryngologist
CHOC Children’s Specialists is seeking a full-time fellowship-trained Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join the division of Pediatric Otolaryngology. Applicant must be Board Certified or Eligible in Otolaryngology.
The CHOC Children’s Specialists, a private pediatric subspecialty group of 150 physicians and 19 pediatric specialties, practices at CHOC Children’s Hospital, the Regional Hub of Pediatric Subspecialty Care for Orange County, CA. This position is an excellent opportunity to practice tertiary care academic otolaryngology within a large multispecialty group of pediatric subspecialists. The practice includes opportunities for clinical as well as basic science research. CHOC Children’s Hospital is currently constructing a new hospital tower along with state-of-the-art surgical suites to be inaugurated in 2013.
