Dr. Kiciman completed his internship and residency training at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Tulsa. He received fellowship training in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine and Cardiology from the University of California, San Diego.
Dr. Kiciman is board certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine and Pediatric Cardiology. Dr. is a clinical professor of Pediatric Cardiology at the University of California, Irvine. Dr. Kiciman speaks fluent Turkish.
