Dr. Julie Youssef is a Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrician at For OC Kids Neurodevelopmental Center and an Assistant Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at the University of California, Irvine. She received a BA in Chemistry from Emory University (Atlanta, GA) and a Masters in Public Health from Harvard University (Boston, MA). She obtained her medical training at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Youssef completed an internship and residency in Pediatrics at Stonybrook University School of Medicine (Stonybrook, NY). She concluded her medical training at Harvard Medical School with a fellowship in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics at Boston Children’s Hospital.

Dr. Youssef is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics and is currently Board Certified in General Pediatrics. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Osteopathic Association, the Society of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics, and the Massachusetts Medical Society. Her past research endeavors focused on identification and management of sleep disorders in children with autism spectrum disorders. Her clinical interests include early identification of children with autism spectrum disorders, treatment of common childhood behavioral problems, and management of behavioral sleep insomnias of childhood.
